National Steak and Poultry recall expanded to 1.99M lbs.

National Steak and Poultry, based in Owasso, Oklahoma, announced on Dec. 4, the expansion of an earlier recall of ready-to-eat chicken products that now includes 1,993, 528 lbs. of product due to the possibility of it being undercooked. The expansion includes additional production dates and distribution, from Aug. 20, 2016, through Nov. 30, 2016, and cases of the products were shipped to foodservice outlets throughout the US as well as to retail customers.
