The Arizona Department of Agriculture quarantined birds and eggs brought into the state from a facility in Iowa after birds at the facility tested positive for H5 avian influenza.  Four properties where the 13 quail and chickens and about 40 quail and partridge eggs were shipped are under quarantine, the agency reported.
