The California Poultry Federation (CPF) Summer Board Meeting and Golf Tournament will be held on June 9-10, 2025, at The Cliffs Resort & Spa in Pismo Beach, CA.
The Summer Meeting is one of CPF’s most popular meetings. As in past years, a golf tournament will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, June 9 at the Cypress Ridge Golf Course; golf awards and dinner will be held indoors at the Cliffs Hotel. The reception will begin at 5:30 outdoors, at the Waterfall Terrace. Wine, beer, and soft drinks will be served.
To offset the costs of these events, we always ask producers and allied members to sponsor these activities. Event sponsorship is $850 and includes two registrations. The registration fee for all attendees is $50 per attendee. The Golf Tournament fee is $175 per golfer. We have kept the sponsorship and participation fees consistent with the past two years. Despite rising costs for hotels, golf, and other expenses, we chose not to increase them this year.
All sponsors will receive weekly publicity in the CPF Headline News e-newsletter and at each Summer event, showcasing your company name and logo on printed signage, including handouts at the board meeting. Attached is a list of last year’s sponsors.

Hotel Registration deadline for conference rate is Wednesday, May 7, 2025. Any rooms booked after Wednesday, May 7, 2025 will be billed at the regular hotel rate. Please check with the hotel for the regular hotel rate.
