Allied Member of the Year award is meant for a person for their exceptional service and outstanding contributions to the poultry industry. Allied members help sustain the industry by contributing at meetings and poultry events; their contributions go directly to the promotion and improvement of the poultry industry in the Golden State. The 2023 Allied Award went to Robert Taylor of DiBuduo & DeFendis Insurance Agency. He is an expert in the insurance business, serving countless clients including poultry industry members, for more than 44 years. As a member of the California Poultry Federation board of directors, Robert has kept members informed on changes and critical issues that affect poultry growers, processors, and others. DiBuduo & DeFendis has eleven offices throughout California, including Modesto.
