Executive Order on delegating authority under the DPA with respect to food supply chain resources during the national emergency caused by the outbreak of COVID-19

President Trump signed an Executive Order to preserve the safety of our Nation’s food supply chain during the COVID-19 outbreak. This order directs the Department of Agriculture to ensure America’s meat and poultry processors continue both safe and uninterrupted operations to the maximum extent possible.
