Scare-mongering not productive approach to antibiotic discussion

Sometimes one can roll with the punches, but sometimes you just have to stand up and call BS — especially when the issue is of utmost importance.
For me, that occurrence stems from the most recent antibiotic symposium sponsored by the National Institute for Animal Agriculture (NIAA); the symposium addressed antimicrobial resistance from a One Health perspective including representatives from the food production industry, human medicine and public health.  Read more
