Animal health giant buys poultry vaccine maker

Elanco, the animal health division of Eli Lilly and Company, announced an agreement to acquire Lohmann SE (Lohmann Animal Health), a privately held feed additive and poultry vaccine maker headquartered in Cuxhaven, Germany.
