Three commercial meat turkey flocks in Missouri have been infected with highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI).

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) reported that the presence of HPAI was confirmed on three premises in Dallas County on February 21.The largest of the three flocks had 31,000 turkeys while the smallest flock had 12,300 turkeys involved.
