Avian flu reported in Mexico

Authorities in Sinaloa state’s agriculture department stated that the outbreak occurred on the “Egg Champion” poultry farm in the municipality of El Rosario. The outbreak was detected on July 21 and July 24, and the company was placed under a quarantine preventing the movement of birds.
