The USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has published an updated guidance for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Systems Validation.

The guidance document articulates how industry can meet FSIS expectations regarding HACCP systems validation and is designed to aid small and very small establishments in meeting HACCP validation requirements.
