Incubation light reduces broiler stress susceptibility

A new study indicates that stress susceptibility after hatching can be reduced by providing 12 hours of light during incubation. These results of a new study at the University of California, Davis demonstrate that by providing 12 hours of light per day during incubation can reduce the stress susceptibility of broilers post-hatch.
