Several livestock production groups are, not surprisingly, backing a bill to repeal the RFS. The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA), The National Turkey Federation (NTF), and the National Chicken Council (NCC) are all in favor of new bipartisan legislation, the Renewable Fuels Standard Repeal Act, which would eliminate the RFS.  It’s been introduced by Senators John Barrasso, a republican from Wyoming,and Mark Pryor, a democrat from Arkansas.
