Northey confirmed for USDA post

According to the Des Moines Register, Iowa Agriculture Secretary Bill Northey has been confirmed as Under Secretary for Farm Production and Conservation at USDA. Northey’s confirmation had been put on hold by Texas Sen. Ted Cruz in a dispute revolving around the Renewable Fuels Standard. Read more
