Pitman Family Farms receives Whole Foods top honor

Sanger-based Pitman Family Farms last week earned Austin-based Whole Foods Market “Supplier of the Year” award for perishable products. The poultry company was one of two companies to win Supplier of the Year honors this year. Out of thousands of Whole Foods suppliers nationwide, fewer than 50 have received such an award.
