Purdue will play Arizona in the 2017 Foster Farms Bowl, Brett McMurphy reports. The game, which pits a team from the Big Ten against a team from the Pac-12, will take place on Dec. 27, 2017 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.
The Boilermakers enter the game after a 6-6 regular season, which doubled their win total from 2016 in Jeff Brohm’s first season taking over for Darrell Hazell. Arizona finished 7-5 under head coach Rich Rodriguez, and was powered by a surprising star turn from QB Khalil Tate. Read more
