Researchers develop powerful tools for detecting Salmonella

USPOULTRY and the USPOULTRY Foundation announce the completion of a funded research project at the USDA-ARS Egg Safety and Quality Research Unit, Athens, Ga., in which the researchers developed powerful tools for detecting Salmonella.
