Ukraine sends first foie gras shipment to EU

Ukraine’s largest poultry producer, MHP, has sent the first shipments of foie gras to the European market. Agricultural holding MHP has begun shipping goose liver to the European Union. It has also exported 430 kg to Hungary, according to the company’s head of Investor Relations and Media Department, Anastasia Sobotyuk. “We continue to supply our products to the EU.
