Vilsack wants poultry inspection changes approved this year

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s plan to modernize the nation’s poultry inspection process is being met with controversy. Despite that, Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack remains hopeful the plan will be approved this year.
